We help organisations develop their leaders. To do that well, we sometimes need to use personal information.

We take that responsibility seriously. We aim to be clear, proportionate and respectful in how we handle your data.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including to meet legal, contractual and professional requirements.

Typically, this is around three years after the end of an engagement, unless there is a valid reason to retain it for longer (for example, ongoing work or legal obligations).
